Agreement about building the industrial park “Preobrazheniye” (Tansfiguration) was signed between the government of Novgorod region and the manager of LLC “Vilina” Viktor Naumov in 2017 during Petersburg International Economic Forum.
The industrial park consists of seven industrial and ancillary buildings, two investment projects are implemented on its territory: production of table oilcloth and floor coating. Total amount of investments is about 13 million USD. It is planned to create140 working places. The industrial park’s territory has three plots of land, their total area is 8 hectares.
Industrial and communal infrastructure is being created. The volume of investments in this project will be 5,3 million USD, the project will be implemented by the end of 2022.
It is important that the management company and each resident of the industrial park located in Novgorod region have the right to get tax relief for 10 years: profit tax is 13,5%, corporate property tax is 0%, transport tax relief is 50%.
