At the press conference on September 12, the minister of investment policy of Novgorod Region Vladimir Kuimov, introduced Sergey Grigoryev, the new director of the Agency for Development of Novgorod Region. A graduate of M.A. Bonch-Bruevich St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications, he received a diploma of an international format from Stockholm School of Economics in 2006.
While holding a position of a director of JSC VympelCom branches, Mr. Grigoryev launched Beeline TM from scratch in Pskov and achieved the market share growth in all his branches (Veliky Novgorod, Pskov, Novosibirsk). Since February 2014, Sergey Grigoryev is a director for strategic planning in Avtotelecom LLC and takes an active part in the development of a hospitality business project.
“Mr. Grigoryev has an extensive experience in sales, a vast knowledge in marketing, advertising, HR management, and financial accounting. He is good at forming efficient teams. I am sure, the leadership of Sergey Grigoryev will enable the Agency for Development of Novgorod Region to move to the new level and to become a high-performance institution for engagement of investments to the region and promotion of NovgorodRegion, both domestically and abroad,” commented the minister of investment policy of Novgorod Region Vladimir Kuimov.
Sergey Grigoryev will start his work at the Agency by auditing existing investment projects and forming the corporate culture, as the aim is to create a strong and ambitious team of professionals based on the present ARNO workforce with personnel expansion. Currently, various vacancies are open.
