At the site of the Preobrazhenie industrial park, implementation of the second stage of the investment project of the resident of Priority Social and Economic Development Area «Borovichi» LLC Vilina began.
The volume of investments of the first stage amounted to 5,8 million dollars, said Victor Naumov, CEO of the company.
Within six months, a multifunctional production building will be erected here with an area of 2700 square meters, a metal capacity of 270 tons, and a construction volume of 15,400 square meters.
Separate production workshops are designed for unique equipment developed by Vilina engineers. As a reminder, the company produces table oilcloth, films for printing on fabrics, artificial leather, products for healthy lifestyle.
The grand opening of the region’s first industrial park took place on January 31st last year. The Governor of Novgorod region Andrey Nikitin took part in it. The investment project is supported by the Novgorod Region Development Agency.
As a reminder, the management company and residents of the industrial park are entitled to receive tax benefits for ten years.
