Natalya Orlovskaya, Director of Novgorod Splav Corporation, Won in the International Competition “The Entrepreneur of the Year 2021” in Russia

On December 8 the results of the all-Russian stage of the international award “The entrepreneur of the year” were announced in Moscow. 26 entrepreneurs from all over Russia became finalists, among them – CEO of Splav Corporation Natalya Orlovskaya from Novgorod region. She was named the best in the category “Industrial production” and got the title of “The entrepreneur of the year 2021”. Natalya will represent our country at the international final of the competition. It’ll take place in Monaco in June.

Natalya has worked for the company for 20 years. She started as an ordinary economist. By the age of 29 she became financial director, and several years later got the position of CEO. In 2018 Natalya Orlovskaya was invited to the meeting with the president of Russia Vladimir Putin together with several women entrepreneurs from all the regions.
The company has been actively developing under Natalya’s leadership. Today Splav is one of the largest manufacturers of pipelines valves and equipment for nuclear, oil and gas and chemical industries. Russian NPPs, as well as nuclear power plants, built abroad according to Russian projects, are equipped with Splav Corporation products.
“The entrepreneur of the year” is the prestigious international competition for entrepreneurs. It is unique as it covers 145 cities in more than 50 countries of the world. For more than 30 years it has been held in the world according to the strict international standards and has an impeccable reputation. Independent jury of reputable representatives of business, academic community and government authorities chooses the winners. In Russia the competition has been held since 2003.
