Presentation took place on September, 20 during the meeting of the council to the governor of Novgorod region on improving investment climate. The head of the region Andrey Nikitin opened the meeting by introducing a new deputy chairman of the council.
“Before we pass over to the agenda items, I would like to introduce a new deputy chairman of the council – Andrey Goloshchanov. He is the head of the regional department of “Opora Russia”. This organization is our partner in the questions of development of entrepreneurship in the region and helps us a lot”, - said Andrey Nikitin.
The new internet-recourse “Become a resident” was introduced by deputy director of Novgorod region development agency Eugenia Alekseieva.

Clear texts are written, photographing and air survey were carried out for illustrating the objects of infrastructure. Information on this website is concentrated – people are not distracted by other benefits, countering corruption and outside projects. Links make it possible to go to the portal of Novgorod region development agency. The website for the residents will help the agency to get feedback from business quicker and to make any changes”, - explained Eugeina Alekseieva.
One can find out about such infrastructure objects, as industrial park “Preobrazhenie”, technopark “Garo” and business-incubator “X10” on the website. Main information about each of them is brought together: area, communications, volumes of water, gas and electricity supply. Video, photos, presentations on the portal will help businessmen to learn about infrastructure and tax discounts for the residents in detail. The website is adapted for all devices: PC, tablets and mobile phones.
Eugenia Alekseieva also told that after the application on the website one businessman from IT-sphere decided to become a resident of business-incubator of “Novgorod fund of small business support”. The website has already worked for 1 month, and during this time it has been visited by over 200 unique users who left three target applications.
Director of Novgorod region development agency Alexander Dementiev told about the results of activities for creating infrastructure of supporting businessmen: priority social economic development area, technopark and business-incubators. He informed that according to the forecasts three companies will become residents of PSEDA “Uglovka” by the end of 2019 and seven companies are interested in implementing projects on the territory of the object. Three companies are preparing project documentation and are planning to apply to PSEDA “Borovichi”.
Minister of the investment policy of Novgorod region Denis Nosachev told about the results of preparing annual ranking of local authorities of urban district and municipal districts of Novgorod region on developing entrepreneurship, attracting investments and support of developing competitiveness in Novgorod region in 2018. Three districts will share 10 million rubles for winning in the ranking of developing entrepreneurship. Chudovo district occupies the 1st place, it will get 5 million rubles. Novgorod district will get 3 million rubles for the 2nd place; Lubytino district which occupied the 3rd place got 2 million rubles. The head of the region entrusted the ministry to work out a new methodology of ranking for 2019.
