In connection with the announcement of Russia President Vladimir Putin that the the week from March, 27 till April, 5 would be a non-working one, the governor of Novgorod region Andrey Nikitin signed the order where he introduced additional measures aimed at struggling against coronavirus and at non-spread of the virus in the region.
In the business area from March, 27, 18.00 till April, 5 work of restaurants, cafes, canteens, buffets, bars, snack bars and other catering companies was suspended. At the same time, delivery of orders remained, as well as take-away service, provided that citizens would not visit the premises of these companies. These restrictions were not valid for the catering companies on the territories of working organizations. From March, 28 till April, 5 work of retail companies, except for chemists’ and drugstores, was also suspended. The shops selling food products and non-food essentials also continued their work.
From March, 28 till April, 5 beauty salons, cosmetic, massage and spa salons, solariums, saunas, baths should be closed.
From March, 28 till June, 1 booking of rooms, accepting and accommodating of citizens in hotels, boarding houses, rest houses, sanatorium-resort organizations (sanatoriums), sanatorium and health children’s camps of year-round operation and in the hotels located in the resorts of federal, regional and local importance was suspended. It was also valid for other sanatorium-resort organizations (sanatoriums), sanatorium-and-health children's camps of year-round operation, suburban recreation centers, ski resorts and other organizations providing places for temporary residence. The exception was made for the persons sent on business-trips or those who were on official trips.
