According to the order of the region’s head Andrey Nikitin, the list of sectors most affected by restrictions on the spread of coronavirus has been expanded. Now it includes selling non-food goods, cinema business and dentists. It means that businessmen working in these sectors can also apply for: getting preferential loans at the rates 1% and 4% for current expenses; getting preferential loans at the rate 0,1% per annum for paying salaries (based on no more than a 3-month payroll for employees), payment for the utility services (for a period of no longer than 3 months), payment of the interest on previously taken loans (for a period of no longer than 3 months); tax burden reduction.
According to the document, the rent for the regional real property, including land plots, on earlier concluded rental contracts will be reduced by 99% for the businessmen from the list of the affected sectors. As soon as the relevant regulatory act enters into force, additional rental agreements will be signed with the businessmen within 7 working days.
Along with this order, a delay of payments for rent for the regional real property, including land plots, for April – June has been introduced.
