A new spa hotel is being built within 40 km from Veliky Novgorod. The region’s first five-star hotel will be located in Glebovo village of Novgorodsky District. The investor, PskovHotelInvest LLC, is planning to build it on its own land plot of 10 ha. The agreement on implementation of the investment project was signed today at SPIEF by Director of the Novgorod Region Development Agency Aleksandr Dementiev and General Director of Pskovhotel LLC Petr Zakharov.
“Our company will build the second stage of the five-star hotel with support from the region. The project investment volume will amount to 600 million rubles, we expect to create around 50 jobs. The first stage will be launched this summer, the second one in 2023, as originally planned,” Petr Zakharov said.
The hotel complex will consist of the main block with 22 rooms including five deluxe suites, as well as 20 cottages. Besides, there will be two restaurants, two bars, a cafe with panoramic view, a rope course, a farm with stables, two conference halls and a spa complex for hotel guests.
According to Director of the Novgorod Region Development Agency Aleksandr Dementiev, the investor will receive a full scope of services under the “one-stop shop” principle.
“We are ready to help with everything, we take interaction with many structures, issue of different documentation, permits and licenses upon ourselves,” Aleksandr Dementiev pointed out.
