Madagascar Community and Entertainment Center will be built in Veliky Novgorod by businessman Anton Bondaletov. The center will become a continuation of the Western Market renovation project. It will be a three-storied building of 3.5 thousand square meters with improved adjacent public space. The investment volume will amount to 240 million rubles. Today, on the 17th of June, Director of the Novgorod Region Development Agency Aleksandr Dementiev and Anton Bondaletov affixed their signatures to the cooperation agreement.
“Implementation of this project means additional tax payments of over 11 million rubles to the region’s consolidated budget, as well as new jobs,” the businessman said.
According to plans, the project will be implemented by 2025. Madagascar Community and Entertainment Center will host an exhibition and fair ground, a coworking facility, as well as a science and entertainment center. There will be a sports ground on its territory.
“We work very closely with the investor, we understand where we are going, what actions need to be undertaken. This project also has a social component. On the one hand, our children will be educated and entertained here. On the other hand, it will become a point of attraction for people in the city. The whole adjacent territory will be reequipped. We see it through the example of the Western Market transformation,” Alexander Dementiev pointed out.
