Mono-industry towns

In Novgorod Region, the following 5 towns and rural settlements have a mono-industry town status:

Parfino settlement Pestovo town Borovichi town

The mono-industry town status assumes the following support measures for the investors:

  • Co-funding of budgetary expenditures of the subjects of the Russian Federation in order to implement actions for construction and/or reconstruction of infrastructure entities required for implementation of new investment projects.

  • Funding of the investment projects at a preferential rate of 5% per annum for up to 8 years with an up to 3 year long loan repayment deferral.

The project of construction of private industrial park “Preobrazhenie” (“transformation”) is currently implemented in Borovichi mono-industry town
