A new resident came to the Garo technopark – Industrial chokes Ltd. The company produces electrical products: transformers and chokes of various sizes on a twisted and lamellar magnetic circuit made of electrical steel.
– Our profile is also block assembly, surface mounting of printed circuit boards. Basically, we use manual labor, – says Oleg Pronin, director of Industrial Chokes Ltd. – We have been on the market since 2019. We have big plans, so one of the criteria by which we chose the Garo technopark is a long-term agreement and guarantees.
Technopark residents are completely exempt from property tax for 5 years. During the same period, they pay 13,5% income tax to the regional budget instead of 17%. In addition, residents of the technopark who work under the simplified taxation system and have chosen income as an object of taxation receive a 2% rate. According to regional legislation, these benefits for residents of technoparks are also valid for 5 years.
Industrial chokes Ltd became the 5th resident of the technopark. The others produce different devices and equipment, e.g., for manufacturing food and drinks, carry out research works and make developments in natural and technical sciences.
