A four-star block at Staraya Russa Resort is scheduled for completion by 2025. A new nine-storied building that can accommodate up to 634 people will make it possible for the resort to receive up to four thousand guests a year. There will be guest rooms, medical facilities and other components of infrastructure.
The volume of planned investment amounts to 1.2 billion rubles. Construction of the new block will make it possible to create jobs for 58 more people.
An investment agreement on construction of the new facility was signed on the 16th of June by Novgorod Region Governor Andrey Nikitin and General Director of Staraya Russa Resort JSC Antonina Repnikova.
