Construction of a high-tech prefabricated house manufacturing facility is planned at Novgorodskaya Industrial Production Special Economic Zone within the framework of the cooperation agreement concluded on the 15th of June between Government of the Novgorod Region and Prefabrika AG at the venue of the Saint Petersburg Economic Forum. The document was signed by Governor Andrey Nikitin and Prefabrika’s General Director Aleksandr Gornov.
The main production building, storage and administrative premises will be built on a land plot of 10 ha. The innovative automated plant will manufacture prefabricated houses using industrial technology which makes it possible to reduce cost price and construction time while ensuring consistently high quality of the product. The investment volume will amount to 3.15 billion rubles.
Launch of this modern production facility will create jobs for more than 270 local residents and promote the development of housing construction and related industries not only in the Novgorod Region but in the whole Northwest.
Currently Prefabrika AG is obtaining the status of resident at Novgorodskaya IP SEZ and commencing phased implementation of the project. Besides, the company is building a flagship plant at Kashira SEZ in the Moscow Region.
