New residents are registered in PSEDA “Uglovka” and “Borovichi”

JSC “Novhimset” and LLC “RadioChipMontazh” are included into the list of the residents of priority social and economic development areas “Uglovka” and “Borovichi” respectively.
It was reported by Ministry of economic development of Russia.

The status of the resident will let the enterprises use tax benefits during implementing their projects, develop new manufacturing sites, attract investments for diversification of the economy of single-industry towns and create new working places.

During the first five years of working in PSEDA the property of the enterprises will not be taxed, during second five years this tax will be 1,1%. Rate of the federal part of property tax is 3% until 2025 and 2% from 2025, but PSEDA resident is exempted from it during 5 years after getting first profit.
Regional profit tax looks the following way: standard rate is 17%, until 2025, from 2025 in preferential mode it is 5% during the first five years and 10% during the second five years.

Let us remind that on March, 5 the commission in the regional government considered and supported residence applications of two organizations.

JSC “Novhimset” is implementing an investment project for constructing an ether producing factory within Uglovka settlement in Okulovka district. It will let attract over 1,5 million USD into the economy of the single-industry city and create about 70 working places.

LLC “RadioChipMontazh” is a new enterprise for Borovichi. It is planning to open a manufacturing site for producing electronic measuring equipment and its components. As the result of implementing the investment project worth about 460 thousand USD 56 new working places will be created.
