The agreement between Novgorod region development agency and Italian-Russian Chamber of Commerce was signed on the booth of Novgorod region.
The agreement implies tight cooperation of the two organizations, aimed at promoting investment possibilities of Novgorod region and Italy, at attracting investors and at supporting development of business contacts between companies of Novgorod region and Italy.
Italian colleagues were extremely interested in Novgorodian companies, tasted the products of the region’s manufacturers. They have especially marked the products of the group of companies “Adept” and “ivan-tea” and cone jam of “Emelyanovskaya biofactory”. Attention was also paid to the tourism area. The president of Italian-Russian Chamber of Commerce Vincenzo Trani sent his congratulations on the jubilee of Veliky Novgorod which was turning 1 160 years old during those days and expressed hope to visit the ancient Russian city as soon as possible.
“Novgorod region development agency with great pleasure informs about signing the agreement, - commented the director of Novgorod region development agency Alexander Dementyev, - mutual interest to develop business has existed in our countries for a long time. Signing the agreement will let promote Novgorodian business in the regions of Italy as well as to create directions of attracting investments to our region”.
The agreement implies building relationships within foreign trade, tourism, taking part in joint activities, business-missions.
