The main area of the company’s activity is the production and sale of plywood. Parfino Plywood Factory produces plywood of FK and FSF grades and in the format 1525 х 1525 mm and 1525 х 3050 mm. The products comply with all global quality, safety and durability standards, which is confirmed with the certificates of conformity to the requirements of Russian, European and American standards.
Due to the high quality of products, strict fulfillment of treaty obligations, the products of the factory are in demand in many countries around the world. The export share in the supply structure is 75 %.

The availability of its own forest lease areas allows to be self-sufficient and independent in the supply of birch raw materials, and the favorable geographical location and developed transport infrastructure makes it possible to optimize the costs of consumers for the finished products delivery”.

The products are marked with CE, BFU 100 signs. CARB Directive is the Confirmation of low toxicity of products (plywood of ULEF class).

The export share in the supply structure is 75 %. The main buyers are Egypt, USA, China and European countries. Plywood of LLC Parfino Plywood Factory is used for production of concrete framework molds, interior and exterior walls in building construction, transport engineering, shipbuilding, furniture production.
The production site of the company (44 hectares) makes it possible to locate there additional producing units, for example, the units on processing of non-liquid low-grade, small-sized and soft-broadleaved wood. Existing power and heat supply systems with a large reserve cover the needs of technological equipment and amenities.
To date, the factory employs about 850 people.

The company was founded in 1910. For more than a century history, the products of Parfino Plywood Factory have become known almost all over the world.
In 2009 the company went through bankruptcy and external management, and in 2013 new owners marked the beginning of new history and new revival of the factory. The company re-enters the market and loudly asserts itself.
The owner and the management of the company developed the investment project “Modernization of plywood production of LLC Parfino Plywood Factory. The volumes of capital investments will be about 1 billion rubles. The main purpose of this investment project implementation is a design of production for complex processing of round wood and release of products of
advanced processing, as well as increase of the volume of plywood output at the existing production site up to 120 thousand m3 per year by 2020.
The company recovered and launched the production of large-size plywood (January 2016), and put into operation the NC equipment (March 2018.) for plywood cutting, that allows to expand the range of products.
Much attention at the factory is paid to planning, reconstruction and modernization of the existing production. As a result, obsolete equipment is being retired and new imported equipment is being widely introduced. All items of the company are produced using high technology, high-performance equipment (for example, “Raute” – Finland, “Kikukawa”, “Kitagawa” and “Hashimoto” – Japan, “Bruks” – Germany) that allows the company to continuously increase the indicators of birch plywood output. The works on modernization of square plywood production are in active progress: repair of drying machines, modernization of peeling lines and press facilities, commissioning of new equipment.
For regular raw material supply, the motor transport for its delivery (short log trucks Scania, MAZ) and the equipment for storage (reloader Sennebogen) were purchased.
It is planned to purchase the aspiration systems, sorting lines and additional units of transport.
Production output growth rate:
• 2014 – 66 thousand cubic meters of plywood;
• 2015 – 68 thousand cubic meters of plywood;
• 2016 – 74 thousand cubic meters of plywood;
• 2017 – 82 thousand cubic meters of plywood;
• 2018 – it is planned to produce more than 100 thousand cubic meters of plywood.
When implementing the project, the number of employees of the company will be 910 people. Additional staff recruitment and training are planned.
The company keeps up to the times. Considering the trends of world export, it reacts flexibly and quickly to the requirements of buyers:
• production of plywood with strict requirements for thickness;
• production of plywood of non-standard thicknesses;
• packaging of products in packs of increased volume (to optimize the loading of transport (motor transport, railway wagons, sea containers)), etc.
The technology of production of plywood for parquet flooring was developed and put into production. The process of production of fire-resistant plywood for use in car building is being mastered.
Production works on use of aspen and alder raw materials are carried out.
Due to the system of economical use of plywood raw materials, the company is capable to reduce material costs and to decrease a waste part of production.
The company is responsible in relation to forest resources use. The voluntary forest certification under the FSC system involves fulfillment of a number of the requirements in the process of forest administration and forest management, such as the preservation of forests of high conservation value, biodiversity conservation, due consideration for local population opinion, soil preservation, compliance with health and safety requirements, monitoring of the impact of forestry activities on the environment, etc.
The certificate of compliance of the quality management system of the company to the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 proves that LLC Parfino Plywood Factory is a reliable and fair producer of quality items.
