Special economic zone of industrial production type "Novgorodskaya was established on July 8, 2021 and is located on the territory of the Novgorod region, in close proximity to Veliky Novgorod and the M-10 federal highway.
The total area of the SEZ is 184.5 hectares.
On the territory of the SEZ, there are already partially the necessary engineering infrastructure facilities that can be used by potential residents for the implementation of investment projects.
SEZ residents can receive such tax benefits as a reduction in income tax credited to the federal budget from 3 to 2%, zero income tax credited to the regional budget in the first 7 years of residence, 3% from 8 to 9 years, 10 % from 10 to 11 years 13.5% from 12 years instead of 17%, zero transport and land taxes, property tax, as well as a reduction in customs duties on goods imported into the territory of the SEZ.
Industrial enterprises with an investment amount of 120 million rubles or more can become residents of the SEZ, so SMEs may well become them.
