- The sites can be provided for the implementation of investment projects in agriculture and industry, for the placement of trade, public catering, and tourism facilities, - said Tatyana Chirkova.
In 2012, Tatyana Chirkova graduated from the St. Petersburg State University of Service and Economics with a degree in Economics and Management. She has over 13 years of experience in municipal administration. Since 2025, Tatyana Chirkova has been serving as the First Deputy Head of Administration, responsible for economic, construction, housing and utilities, and land relations.
