One of the main matters considered at the meeting of the Novgorod Region Governor’s Council for Improvement of Investment Climate was the investment project for construction of the 3A Staraya Russa road hotel. It was presented by Konstantin Guselnikov, General Director of TriA Development LLC. He reminded that the company already has one hotel in the region located on the M-11 highway. The new hotel is planned to be built in Staraya Russa. The total investment in the project will amount to at least 220 million rubles. The hotel is scheduled for opening by 2026.
The project includes construction of a hotel, parking lot, as well as arrangement of a sports ground and a children's playground. And all this will be in a single complex with a petrol station.
According to Minister of Investment Policy of the Novgorod Region Denis Nosachev, the project meets all applicable requirements and has received a positive conclusion from the regional Ministry of Investment Policy, Ministry of Finance of the Novgorod Region, and from the Staraya Russa Municipal District Administration.
