In Borovichi, the implementation of an investment project to create a children's entertainment center continues.

The project was initiated by the Borovichi Refractory Plant. Nikolai Novikov, the general director of the plant, visited the construction site with the plant's management to assess the progress of work. This was reported by the regional Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The construction of the Terra Nova center is progressing according to schedule. The reinforced concrete foundation has been fully completed, the supporting and exterior structures have been erected, the building's thermal envelope has been sealed, and the roofing and roofing membrane have been installed. In the near future, the delivery of glazing for the dome is expected. At the same time, the preparation and installation of mounted decorative structures are carried out on the facade.

The object has also been connected to external engineering networks, such as water supply, sewage disposal, and heat and power supply. The next steps include the installation of a warm facade, plastering, and the design of the entrance area. After that, the only remaining external work will be the landscaping of the surrounding area.

Inside the building, the installation of engineering networks and the construction of partitions are still ongoing. By the end of the month, the builders plan to start pouring the central spiral reinforced concrete staircase, which is one of the architectural features of the future center.
The investment project is being implemented under an agreement signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in 2024. The project is being supported by the Novgorod Region Development Agency.

The entertainment center will feature attractions, a climbing wall, a children's maze, a rope park, a trampoline area, a laser tag area, and a cafe. The project is expected to attract approximately 300 million rubles in investments.

The construction of the Terra Nova center is scheduled to be completed by 2027.

In addition, the development of urban infrastructure and the creation of a comfortable living environment are in line with the goals of the National project "Infrastructure for Life".
