The 11th resident has been registered at the Borovichi Advanced Development Area. It is Orient Borovichi LLC. By September 2025, the investor will arrange the production of crispbread and snacks. The application for residency was unanimously supported by members of the commission headed by First Deputy Governor of the Novgorod Region Evgeny Bogdanov.
“During the first year after inclusion in the Register of Residents of the Borovichi Advanced Development Area, 97 jobs will be created, and 452.6 million rubles will be invested in the authorised capital. A total of 218 jobs will be created,” explained Denis Nosachev, Minister of Investment Policy of the Novgorod Region, who was present at the commission meeting.
Deputy Head of the Borovichi District Administration Olga Rybakova, in turn, added that the project envisages the modernisation of existing production facilities.
It is worth mentioning that in June this year the agreement on implementation of this investment project between the regional government and the Orient Products Company, founder of Orient Borovichi LLC, was signed at the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum. During that time, the investor also announced its plans for residency in the Borovichi Advanced Development Area.
