NOVTEX LLC and Litinum-Pro LLC received certificates confirming their registration as residents of the Novgorodskaya Special Economic Zone.
NOVTEX LLC is launching a project aimed at production of non-woven textile material from polyethylene fibers. It will help replace imported products and strengthen Russia’s technological sovereignty.
“The production launch is scheduled for the end of this year. The production output upon reaching the planned capacity will be 288 tons of products per year.
The total investment volume for the first stage of the project is RUB 135 million. About 60 jobs will be created”, Denis Nosachev, Minister of Investment Policy of the Novgorod Region, says. NOVTEX became the 13th resident of the special economic zone.
Litinum-Pro became the 14th resident of the Novgorodskaya SEZ. The investor will build here a plant for the production of housings and components for LED lamps. The investments in the project will amount to over RUB 711 million. More than 70 jobs will be created. The company's activities will reduce dependence on imported equipment.
“At this stage, design and survey work is underway. Construction of the plant on the leased site will begin at the end of this year. The new enterprise start-up is scheduled for Q1 2028, and reaching the planned capacity — by the end of 2028”, Denis Nosachev said.
