Fort Verny LLC has received a certificate confirming its registration as a resident of the Novgorodskaya Special Economic Zone. The document was issued by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
In the SEZ, the company will build a plant for the production of metal powders, special paints, and their components. The investment volume will be 410 million rubles. As a result of the implementation of the investment project, 78 highly qualified and high-performance jobs will be created in the Novgorod district.
Earlier, when considering this investment project by the SEZ expert council, Evgeny Bogdanov, First Deputy Governor of the Novgorod Region, noted that only a few Russian enterprises have similar production facilities, but "Fort Verniy" has developed a new technology. It is based on modern scientific research - it is less energy-intensive, more economical and environmentally friendly. In addition, robotics will be used at the enterprise.
The main consumers of the products will be industrial enterprises, representatives of the construction industry and the mining industry.
-"Fort Verny" LLC will become the 15th resident of the Novgorodskaya SEZ. 14 residents have already created almost 600 jobs, and 7 enterprises have been launched. Currently, the management company of the special economic zone is negotiating with several major potential residents. Given the business interest in our SEZ, the issue of its expansion is being considered," said Denis Nosachev, Minister of Investment Policy of the Novgorod Region.
The Novgorod Special Economic Zone operates as part of the priority regional project "Formation and Development of Modern Infrastructure for Investment and Business Activities in the Novgorod Region." This project is aimed at achieving the goals of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy."
