With the support of the Novgorod Region Development Agency, PromKom LLC took part in the XVII International Economic Forum "Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum". The company presented its four main projects, one of which is the creation of a club eco-village "Park Kirillovskoye" in the Novgorod district. The agreement on this investment project was signed in 2024 at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
Andrei Buinov, the founder of PromKom LLC, said that nine houses have already been built as part of the project. In the near future, work will be carried out to improve the surrounding areas. In addition to residential development, the project includes the construction of an apartment hotel, an eco-farm, and an eco-trail.
As a result of the forum, we received more than 20 significant contacts with feedback. These are the owners and representatives of large businesses in Tatarstan, foreign delegations, and the government of the Moscow Region. We plan to continue negotiations with one of the potential partners at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum," says Andrei Buinov.
We would like to add that the implementation of investment projects in the Novgorod Region meets the goals of the Federal project "Increasing Investment Activity", which is part of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy". In a message to the Duma, Alexander Dronov, Governor of the Novgorod Region, stressed the importance of supporting investors.
Today, the Novgorod Region Development Agency is supporting 50 private investment projects with a total investment volume of 87.5 billion rubles. As a result of their implementation, more than 4,600 jobs will be created. By the end of this year, it is planned to complete 18 investment projects with a total value of more than 46 billion rubles, creating almost 2,000 jobs.
