The key topics are effective communication, finance, marketing, and digital transformation. The event is being held as part of the Russian Entrepreneurship Day.
The online marathon will be attended by 10 experts, including the heads of leading Russian companies, representatives of educational projects, industry leaders, business coaches, and public figures. The day's program includes motivational cases and practical recommendations that will help participants expand their professional skills and acquire relevant knowledge.
"Up-to-date information and the improvement of entrepreneurial skills are strategically important for the development of any business. Therefore, the demand for business education continues to grow: knowledge allows entrepreneurs to minimize costs, avoid obvious mistakes, and find new growth points. According to our PRIM research, 71% of entrepreneurs report positive changes in their business after completing training, and 40% of entrepreneurs have completed training in the past three years. In this regard, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia has decided to replicate the success of last year and launch a second online marathon on the occasion of Russian Entrepreneurship Day.
"When creating it, we focused on key topics that are useful for business: effective communication, finance, marketing, and digital transformation. The online marathon program itself is even more practice-oriented than it was last year," said Tatiana Ilyushnikova, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia.
In 2024, the first online marathon organized by the Ministry of Economic Development demonstrated a high demand for business knowledge. As part of the International Decade of Entrepreneurship, participants from all over the country received almost 50 hours of useful content, and the total number of views reached 1 million. This time, the events will cover the following topics: effective marketing channels and useful services, building communications and managing a new generation of teams in 2025, finance, including government support and taxes, digital assistants and automation of routine processes, and success stories. The business broadcasts will be hosted by the heads of the "My Business" centers and business journalism experts (chief editors of business publications). The discussion will focus on the most pressing issues facing the business community, promising business development trends, and innovative approaches. The speakers will also share successful case studies from their own practices.
"According to RAEC, 62% of small and medium-sized businesses actively use Avito in their work. We help businesses solve key tasks, from finding premises and equipment to hiring employees and analyzing the market. A special focus is on training: free instructions, webinars, and consultations accelerate the adaptation of newcomers, allowing businesses to save time and focus on development. As part of the festive marathon, our experts will share case studies and tools that are useful for both startups and experienced companies," said Vlad Fedulov, Managing Director of Avito.
The forum will be held on May 26. To participate in the marathon, you must register on the businessmarathon.ru website. Participants will receive access to the broadcast video and speaker materials, which will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
