In 2026, the company plans to allocate an additional 750 million rubles for the upgrade of its facilities. The corresponding cooperation agreement was signed at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum between the Novgorod Region Government and the Splav Machine-Building Corporation as part of the investment project. The agreement was signed by Governor Alexander Dronov and General Director of the corporation, Natalia Orlovskaya.
The project aims to increase the production of pipeline fittings for nuclear power plants under construction and operating in Russia and abroad, as well as to increase productivity and improve process efficiency.
"Every year, as part of the SPIEF, we sign agreements with the Splav Corporation. Every year, our colleagues invest in the further development of production. This includes improving the quality of our nuclear industry's products and enhancing working conditions. We have always supported and will continue to support this approach," emphasized the Head of the Region, Alexander Dronov.
According to Natalia Orlovskaya, today's agreement not only reflects the company's investment plans but also highlights its approach to enterprise development.
"We are actively working on improving the efficiency of our processes, production organization, and, most importantly, increasing the level of responsibility at all levels of management. This year, we plan to invest another 750 million in the development of our company. The key project is the complete re-equipment of our electroplating department. This is one of the most challenging and responsible areas of our production. We believe that a modern enterprise is a balance of technology, efficiency, and respect for people. Therefore, we are actively developing our production environment. Thus, comfortable working conditions and a high level of comfort and production processes are an important strategy for us, both for the development of the enterprise itself and for attracting strong specialists. And, of course, it is very important for us that the Government of the Novgorod Region supports the development of industry and such projects," said the CEO.
As a reminder, the Splav Machine-Building Corporation is one of the leading domestic manufacturers of pipeline fittings and equipment for nuclear power plants, the oil and gas industry, the chemical industry, the railway industry, and the industrial sector of the economy. The company is a key supplier of pipeline fittings for all nuclear power plants under construction by Rosatom in Russia and abroad.
Today, Splav supplies products to 6 nuclear power plants under construction: Kudankulam (India), Akkuyu (Turkey), Ruppur (Bangladesh), El Daba (Egypt), Paks (Hungary), and Kursk (Russia). 89 nuclear power units in 12 countries around the world, as well as major domestic facilities in the oil and gas, chemical, and other industries, are equipped with Splav products. The company's partners include Rosatom, Gazprom, Transneft, Lukoil, Uralvagonzavod, and others.
The implementation of investment projects in the region meets the goals of the Federal project "Increasing Investment Activity," which is part of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy."
